We only received communication with Jane towards the end of our loan process, but she was instrumental in moving through an issue we occurred prior to closing. When we had questions and reached out to our Loan processor Brooke Povlsen there was a delay in a return response. Matt Vaughan is an asset to this team, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with and each interaction with him was professional and informative which alleviated stress and anxiety for us. KUDOS to Matt!!!

Communication was marginal at best. Not as much Ethan but the rest of the team. Too many surprises in the process. I still have not had any feedback on how I would receive my cash out or anything of what will happen since the loan was funded. Also many errors in the closing paperwork. Just not a smooth process at all.

When I say I need to speak to someone in senior management on the phone that's what I mean . Not a text saying call Brandi and never get a call back. I know a lot of communication is done on email which is fine but sometimes a phone call requested has value. Brandi was wonderful. I've been in sales 35 years and if a customer calls me I call them back at some point not refer them to someone else.

I appreciate everyone's hard work cause without you guys I would not have been able to get this home. Something that needs to be worked on is communication with the lender she never answers the phone and when she says she will call you back she never does. Then I have to call multiple times hoping for her to answer. When she does finally answer I feel like I'm bugging which is the worst feeling when your trying to buy your first home. Their were a few bumps in the road but that was to be expected. Other than that everything was great. I hope you guys know that I do really appreciate everything. Thank you! Also thank you to Gordon Barry and Kathy Mau you guys were awesome ??

I asked for more financing options; I.e., 2nd mortgage to avoid PMI; or 20/25 yr options, no response ever. Oh well.

This honestly has nothing to do with the level of service that Mekka has provided during this time. This review is as a company as a whole. There were way to many people involved in this refinance and as an individual who needed help with this on a personal level, this company was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, unethical and discriminatory. Not only am I upset that I had to go through a divorce, refinance my house on my own but then had to deal with your informative research company and the inaccuracy of data. I am an extremely intellectual woman who is perfectly capable of handling her own issues but the lack of respect from upper management, the lack of knowledge from middle management and the unethical behavior of every vendor that this company employed, will make me never utilize this company again. As a business owner, I also have a master's degree in Human Resources and three certifications. I have never been treated so poorly or without integrity in my life. I should not have to defend myself against lies, inaccuracy of data and the behavior from this company's management or the vendors that they employ. I would highly consider addressing these issues internally. While the housing market is at peak demand currently, it will fall again and this company isn't going to survive that by treating anyone the way that I have been treated over the past two and a half months. A process that should have taken no greater than 30 days is just now wrapping up and the only portion that has been financed is my loan on my house. The other debts that were wrapped up into this loan, are still waiting on this company to fund. So no, I do not feel as this refinance is done and has taken more time than it should have. Unlike this company believes, I am a valued member of society and the amount of time that has been wasted for me, I will never get back. Congrats on having my house loan for the next 6 months because the absolute second that I can leave this company, I will leave for a company who doesn't treat me so horrendously. Mekka was the only individual in this entire process, that made me feel valued as a customer.
