I realize everyone is working from home and it is not business as usual. However, I think that after 4 months of this new norm communication between NAF and customer would be smoother. It seems like I had to do more follow up on my communication transmissions than what I would expect from any company. I was surprised when your notary called that she needed to come by in a couple hours to sign documents to complete the funding. She was surprised that NAF had not informed me she was coming.

The level of communication was absolutely wonderful, but there was a hiccup at the end of the process. It seems like all resources weren't yet exhausted--almost gave us a heart attack in the 11th hour, but the Luna team ended up working it out in the end, as usual :)

Trying to move while being pregnant and working full time is a hard thing to do in a short amount of time and ive had lots of people and companies tell my and my family that it could take months to move let alone find a home. I couldnt be more pleased with the service aris and his co workers and partners provided. My dad was pleased to have someone who would constantly update and work around busy full time working schedules. I would recommend this place for its speed, preofessionalism, and friendlyness.
