Closing didn't go as smoothly as possible. Appraisal was done the very last minute; not to say that is the fault of Matthew, but perhaps Management should have been brought in sooner on this matter.

I was told I qualified with my SS and Disabilty income. The process became so entailed that I had to reveal things that were unnecessary given amount of loan in relation to appraisal. The process and production of the documents became a full time demand. Due to unforseen circumstances of sickness and travel, I had an expiration on my lock that I did not know of until 2days prior. I had to pay extra to extend and lost an incentive I was given in beginning. It was a grueling process to say the least!

Better communication on dates and getting the disclosures to be accurate from the beginning. I received multiple disclosures that were incorrect and didn't get one that represented the negotiated terms until a right before closing.
