I had trouble getting return emails and calls. Also, the closing was scheduled on a Friday night at 7:30, and there was nobody available to answer questions I had during the closing.

There was a definitely a lack of communication between Jason and his staff. I kept getting different forms that I was asked to sign with numbers that didn’t make sense. I had to reach out several times for someone to explain them to me. I also waited over two weeks and heard nothing from the office. When I reached out I was asked to provide more additional paperwork. I’m not sure why it took so long for them to ask for this paperwork. I felt like every time I spoke with someone they did not know what was going on. I finally had to send an email to Jason and everyone working with him so we could get on the same page to finalize the loan. The communication and process could have been better.
