Original loan officer abandon my account without notifying me. Changed processors a couple of days before loan closed. Not a good experience this time around. Not all due to Ashley but both parties had issues. I was not informed of problems/issues by phone as a courtesy but email only which is not always checked. Some things I had to find out on my own.

I know that I didn't get the best rate that I could have before the close of my loan, however since New American Funding was the company I started my new house search with, I felt compelled to stay loyal. I also did not appreciate my loan officer not being available during the most important/critical closing time of my loan.

More attention to details. There was plenty of time to do the job and everything felt rushed and done last minute. Having to ask for forms to be corrected because names weren’t spelled correctly after addressing it multiple times is unacceptable. The lack of communication made the experience average and of little importance. I had to constantly send over forms I had already sent because they weren’t kept track of. The overall experience was okay and there’s plenty to improve on.

I needed to receive consistent direction. When I thought I was done, there would always be something else needed. Don’t tell me I’m done, or finitsigning, and then say more is required later
