It was great due to the fact that we received the funding with a great rate. The reason for my 2 and 3 stars would be the communication. I am sure it is difficult doing virtual with married couples but i would advise when texting and emailing that all parties on are included. Sometimes communication between married couples is not always transparent so it would be wise when communicating to clients that all parties are included no matter what.

Although it was a pleasure working with Zac, Kylie and their managers, it was very frustrating and tiring having to satisfy their underwriters behind the scene. Understanding they need information to make decisions on loan, it was never ending. Frankly, if it wasn't for the $600 I paid for appraisal, I would have walked. The irony is we already have a loan from a great experience through Zac so surprised this was such a nightmare. Suggest Value Stream Mapping your underwriter dept.

I would have liked better communication. Any time I wanted an update I had to reach out , rather than being updated when something changed/came up.

The last two weeks prior to closing I believe Paul was on vacation as was Elise who was handling paperwork. Paul had no out of office on his email nor did it state who to contact in his absence. Fortunately Elise did.

I only heard from my loan officer the first couple days and then around closing time. I could not reach my loan officer in the time period between. I am so thankful that Devyn Hensel was available to assist me in this process. Her customer service was top tier!!
