Process took longer than expected from start to finish. Communication was good but a bit delayed at times. Hass was very knowledgeable and a very good communicator. He obviously knows the business and is good at his job. Would definitely recommend Hass Mouzahem to others.

My refinance took longer than I wanted. I felt some processes got draw out longer than they should have. There were some hiccups along the way with miscommunication of information about my loan. However over time the issues were resolved and I was able to close my refi in a decent timeframe. Overall not a bad experience with my refi. Patience was key in the process. I would definitely recommend Sean and his team if you are in the market to refinance your loan.

Omar did a great job during our phase two of refinancing. Initially, I think there could have been better communication regarding requirements and next steps during our process. I do think this very well could be a training issue with New America Funding and not Omar’s fault. We are grateful that after we knew all the steps, Omar did an excellent job of walking us through some challenges and questions during our process until we did receive our new loan.
