Bart worked very hard to get us the best rate possible. Even during a Pandemic, he made great contact, his assistant Wendy also did a terrific job. We felt as though we could trust Bart with our best interests and he took plenty of time to explain things to me as he was always very patient. The whole underwriting process remains a black hole to me - it would be nice to receive more regular updates on the process and feedback as to current status and next steps. That said, I appreciate the process took longer than usual this time due to Covid and jumbo loan financing complexities. I hope the next time goes more quickly and smoothly!
