We know it was a very busy time with all of the refies, but did feel that we didn’t receive calls back, so had to call a couple of times on a question. Just felt that the process took a very long time. As for Robert, he was great to work with. We do understand it was the timing.

The Process was very frustrating. Specific documents were asked for and given but were not received on NewAmerican’s side and the documents needed to be uploaded again. Documents were requested by NewAmerican from my banks and were not done so properly so I had to request them and send them over at the last min. There were a number of times where information on documents sent to us were incorrect and we were told they would not be fixed until closing. The whole process from start to finished see

Kari was helpful and pleasant to work with. However, the last two days leading up to the closing included several last minute demands from the loan processor and I was never sent a final amount for the closing costs prior to the closing which was very stressful and resulted in the payment not going through to the seller on time. Fortunately I was still able to close as scheduled because the seller was flexible and understanding.
