Closing got delayed and no one seemed to know what was going on and what documents were needed for an FHS new construction. I ended up having to pay a for a pest preventative to be done that costs $1,300 no one was aware this was needed until 2 days after our scheduled closing that got bumped back.

Didn’t seem to understand my wife’s ss#, had to have our HR guy figure out the retirement account stuff even though I understand it was in the handbook we sent, 7k earnest money not a part of down payment when I was told it was.

I think if there had been better communication and quicker it would have been a better experience. I know everyone gets busy, but it would have made a better flow if I had known a few things earlier, like the appraisal ordered, the lock expiration date and another FHA document that needed signed. I did reach out but was not contacted in a more timely manner. Thanks

initially, I spoke with a Braxton, during the process, he informed me that his license would be pending renewal and he then in turn directed me to Aleksandar. Aleksandar was professional and helpful. As the process continued, I was connected with Joel a Senior Processor. As things progressed, Joel was difficult to contact and get responses to my concerns. He would evidently contact Aleksandar who would address my concerns. This was an inherent waste of time and man power. There didn't seem to be a lot of communication from Joel and Aleksandar at the end as I would receive duplicate messages and requests from both. Once the loan funded, Joel informed me that the payoffs would occur on Monday and funds into my account the following day. This didn't happen. Finally, when I made inquiries to Joel, he was short and provided a only a one line sentence from the Escrow company. Frankly, I believe this was Joel's job and not mine to accomplish. I would have doubts in working with Joel again.
