The rate that you have provided to me is much higer than the lender I worked with. But I have no choice to select my lender due to D.R.Horton. I do not think I was treated fairly with the rate!!

When I went to closing it was 4,000 extra then expected to pay. If i didn’t have it I wouldn’t have a home today. Tell people exactly what there paint at closing and make sure it doesn’t change. Points was bought for what reason I’m not sure because my score was already the same from the start. I really didn’t get credit at closing because the behind the door 4000 took it right back. Something I was never told about.

Let me start by saying that the Drexler team got the job done, and we even closed 4 days early. The reason for the 3 stars is the lack of communication at times. When we were able to talk to Chris on the phone it always felt rushed and he talks over you, I don’t think he means to, I know he’s super busy. We were not informed of our closing date being pushed up until 10pm a couple of nights prior and that came from our realtor, we were in another state and had to book last minute flights.

The experience was a bit frustrating at times as I was not always informed of my status in a timely manner. Closing was not smooth as my time was set at 3pm and I waited 3 hours to close.
