We had to do a lot of calling and emailing to get information. It seemed like the team members never knew what was going on, only Chris did, but, he was often unavailable. Had the communication been better everything would have been perfect. They were professional and courteous during interactions.

Chris Drexler's team was great besides a few members. Early in the process it was difficult to contact someone. As time progressed monthly email updates were sent out which was great. Chris did mention a lower interest rate than the one I actually received. The loan processor was terrible! I felt she was aggravating the process and I didn't receive the best loan possible. I dealt with another team with poor results within this company. My agent recommended Chris and his team got it done.

Make sure that all information is shared with customer thoroughly and ensure that all of their questions are answered in a timely manner. Response time for returning customer calls could be better.

More communication with the buyer, more advice. Service wasnt horrible communicate a little more with the buyer on the progress and status.

I would ask questions through email and would not receive a response. I was asked for information that was already submitted to the personal portal provided by the company. Maybe too many clients and the associates forget who they are dealing with, which confirms that you are not a valued client.

To have been told of the different interest rates prior to finalization. We were advised that we were getting a FHA loan then discovered that it changed to Conventional. No breakdown of how much of the monthly payment would go towards principal, interest, and insurance prior to closing. Would have love to physically meet with Rep prior to sitting down with Closing Attorney.

Although he made himself very reachable, I felt like he was talking down to me at times and he was kind of rude to both me and my Realtor at different points.

The process was very rushed because the Lender & Builder wanted to close before the end of the month. It gave us 30 days to get business in order. Miscommunication between Chris and the Loan Processor, Danielle, was evident.
