I qualified for an FHA loan and I re eived down payment assistance. Nothing was explained to me and I had many questions. And I received about half of the answers. I even inquired a second opinion from another lender during my loan because I didnt understand why I needed a credit score of 640 to qualify. I was told by them I didnt need it. First time customers need better communication.

Jeff was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The problem was it took far too long to close the transaction (more than 2.5 months). The person supporting Jeff was exceptionally difficult to work with and was a poor communicator. I went weeks without hearing from her and then everything was a last second rush.
