Communication between us and the company was poor at times. Documents seemed to be misplaced through the process. I talked to a total of 3 different people from the loan company and there were times they did not communicate with one another or respond to an email unless followed up on. The signing of the closing documents seemed well organized though and it seemed we were given all the information we needed at the time.

Took too long due to classifying the property a townhouse when it was really a condo. It is even called Riverview Condominiums.

As per conversation with my advisor the low interest rate caused unprecedent levels of demand and staff was overloaded so we incurred in some waste as follow up was not timely. I also have a component on the delay due to some complications with my wife's name. So far after talking to Tom I'm convinced that level of service was satisfactory.

Had to sign too many disclosures form and everyone of the forms had the wrong monthly payment on them...too many mistakes not from teresa but who ever puts the disclosures together....for being a mortgage companybi would think that the associates would audit their work to make sure it is accurate before sending to the clients for signatures.

Pouyan is very professional and pleasant to talk to. He seems to be more supportive during the initial part of the loan process than at the end.
