Some lack of communication. I know the worker was going through some stuff, so I understand the delay in response at times. The person would try to make up for it when pressed about deadlines however.

The closing costs for my Buyer were too high. You gave him a 1% buydown, but made up for that in closing costs. The docs were delivered untimely. The Seller had to reschedule. OK that its done, but not done well.

The communication was unclear. Requests for information needed was last minute and resulted in having to drop everything in my busy life to find the documents and send them back the same day. Statements like if you don't get this to us today you will loose your locked in rate were frustrating and could have been avoided if we were informed the documents were needed several days in advance.

Unhappy with suggestion I lock in my rate, due to signs a rate increase was becoming more likely, when actually the rate continued to break record lows in the next few days through closing. I do give Brian credit for helping my unsuccessful attempts to unlock my rate, within 48 hours of locking it in, and weeks before closing.
