Joseph provided lots of great information and advice in the beginning of the transaction, but then fell off during the process. I felt that I was the one constantly following up with Joseph and the processors for updates. I let him know that I also work in finance/lending, so I don't need lengthy explanations for minor things.

Interest rates were not as displayed on website. Our loan officer was hard to get ahold of. Each step seemed confusing & rushed on our end but everything was last minute on loan officers end. Had a lot of issues with verifying my employment. My boss was called by a woman to verify my employment & was extremely rude telling her she does her payroll wrong. I would not recommend to friends or family.

Jeff and Marlo were both super helpful for the first 2-3 weeks of our 4 week closing period. When they were in office, they were really helpful and I would have recommended them. But, they both went out of office on the week of our closing and didn't give us any heads up. Thank god for Kristin Mack who jumped in and was able to save the day. Kristin seemed to think Jeff hadn't submitted anything to the underwriters yet so the 5 days before our closing were some of the worst and most stressful of my life. We almost weren't able to close because our loan wasn't ready. Kristin really saved the day and she was amazing!!! I know people deserve to take time off and I have no problem with anyone going OOO but I wish Jeff had gotten our loan closer to finished before he stepped away OR he could have better filled Kristin in on the status of our loan before he left. Overall, we are happy with our loan and glad the process is over! Hope we don't have to do this again for a long, long time.
