Chase purchased a HUD home and I specifically asked Cesar if he and his Team had dealt with the peculiarities of the time frames and special requests that is "normal" for HUD. It seems that the Title Company that I selected had difficulty getting your closing Department to understand that HUD and their Asset Manager needed to have a settlement statement to review FIVE (5) days prior to closing. This became quite frustrating for all parties concerned. I do not believe that this reflects on Cesar but this is the feedback that I think your organization needs to hear.

The reason for the responses Given was how did a home insurance company get the opportunity to hard check my credit without consent or forewarning. If it did not required so much time and effort I would consider a lawsuit against the home insurance company that ran the Credit check without advisement or consent.

At one point I could not get ahold of Dylan because he had taken on the workload of a coworker and it felt a little bit inappropriate to be left unguided during such an important thing in my life. Not having that happen would have made it better

Lack of communication from our loan processor made the process more stressful than it needed to be. If I had to do this over, I would work with a local lender who would communicate directly with our agent. We asked if we could close earlier - were told maybe - then no further communication. We ended up not closing early. If it wasn’t possible to close early, it would have been better to state that directly so we could make arrangements accordingly. Loan processor was not ready for closing time at 10 am and we had to shift to the only open appt later that day. We found this out in the afternoon the day before closing. This meant that we had to reschedule movers at the last minute, but they were not available with that late of notice. On the day of closing, we received documents to e-sign at 10:43 (1 hour and 15 min before closing) however, we were not told we had to e-sign so we showed up to the closing not knowing we had to do this step. Besides, we were doing the final walkthrough at that time. So, we had to e-sign the documents from our phones, but could not read them or review them as the font was so small. I expected to receive a payment booklet or instructions on how to set up auto pay, but have not. All of this could have been avoided if communication were improved.
