The last two weeks prior to closing I believe Paul was on vacation as was Elise who was handling paperwork. Paul had no out of office on his email nor did it state who to contact in his absence. Fortunately Elise did.

Jennifer Madrid is awesome when it comes to bringing and selling the process and communication overall!!! But the process that New American funding has is not ideal in this day and age. Very frustrating how many departments and third parties are involved. Not enough communication between them. And to much back and forth between all parties.... STEP UP YOUR GAME NEW AMERICA FUNDING!

there were some times that communication wasnt very good. I honestly think Nancy is probably a great loan officer but she was on vacation during this process. For NAF to require her to still be the main point of contact while she is on vacation is a horrible decision. That means the service lacks and the experience isnt very good. My review is more about NAF as a company than it is about Nancy. She is put into an impossible situation of trying to work a file to closing and enjoy her vacation. That isnt fair to her, her family, her clients or the other parties involved.

Have one designated person asking and reciving information from us. Three people asking for the exact same thing different days became very frusterating . we almost tried to ask for a differnt group to work with because of this sole issue
