Everything was fast and easy, the only reason it wasn't all 5 stars was that I sometimes didn't understand where we were in the process and I was worried I had missed something. I bet you all are swamped right now though. Thank you for everything!

I would have preferred a “Good” option but there wasn’t one. Michelle did a good job but sometimes communications were delayed and the process itself took a long time, due to COVID delays. Her communications were thorough but sometimes I had to ask for explanations for things when it might be helpful to explain upfront.
