Mark was very responsive from the beginning. He was easy to get a hold of directly and took the time to answer any questions. However, once Mark passed off the loan to the processor, the communication broke down. It wasn't clear who the point of contact was, and questions late in the process went unanswered. Overall, Mark was great and personable. The only issue was when other people from New American got involved.
