My client (seller) received multiple offers to purchase their property. The reason we selected these specific buyers and their offer was the quick close we were promised by the lender. However, once closing day came, we were told the lender needed another week. Being this is a hard money investment property, my seller incurred an additional penalty to extend his loan.

Communication is the key and I felt that wasn't given I only spoke with Art twice throughout this entire process even when calling or emailing, there were way to many people working on this loan and didn't communicate with each other or with me in a timely manner when asking questions.
