This was my second time buying a home. I think that Chao did his best to help me purchase my new home, but I felt that there were a few times that I was left in the dark and didn't know what was going to happen next. Even though I personally made the loan process more complicated then it needed, I would be the one to ask follow up questions. There were a lot times that I sent documents and did not know if they were received or sufficient and would have to ask for confirmation.

I think Katie and staff were dealing with a very high volume of loans and they did a good job communicating, but a few times they did not respond back for at least 24 hours. However, they were extremely professional and did work very hard to ensure I could finally close on the refinancing. I did receive the cash out check via FEDEX within 8 days, which was good.

My experience with Sean was great. However, my experience once Sean handed us off to proceed further was OK. And then closing thru getting funded was less than OK.
