Everything was great at first. We were promised they went through underwriting... everything was going great..got a mortgage commitment right away. Boy was that all a joke. A week before settlement Drew disappears, we were given this woman named Vi that didn’t have a clue what she was doing, and suddenly we were all in a panic that settlement wasn’t going to happen because the buyers names were longer. In addition to all that settlement took 3 HOURS because we had to wait for funding.

The closing agent, Cynthia, did not communicate and ignore critical emails that needed her response. Not only she had 45 days to close, she missed the closed date by 4 days after and expect me to rush around due to her neglect. I was not given final closing date even after the first closing date was missed. Last minute verifications were done that should have been done 2 weeks before. One of the worst experience in loans and I had 3 already.

Not happy with how this loan was handled ,took too long , better follow up . I had previous loan and a refinance but this one just did not have the same experience , need better customer service. Customer should not to be blamed for misinformation . No unexpected expenses at closing . Must be informed before hand.

1. Colton King was great! We really enjoyed working with him and were sorry to see him depart NAF. 2. I have never interacted with Nader and therefore its difficult to provide feedback on a survey like this. 3. The NAF concierge tried to be helpful but ended up being more effort to work through them than it would be to just set up utilities myself.

Noah was great! My real estate agent was awesome. The rest of the experience was pretty crappy. The under writer's and dealing with the other lady made the whole deal make me to never want to go through with buying another house ever again. The ability to do alot online was pretty nice though. The under writer's need to be more exact on what they need. It's pretty ridiculous on the amount of paperwork and the amount of times I had to sign my signature and date.

The issues were not with Noah ,he is a great loan officer! But we felt he needed a better support team , his processor is on the west coast ,and this makes for an inconvenient situation when papers are needed or required,and someone in the central US won't get the request until late in the evening. We closed 4 days late because of delays on the processor end .

When communicating via email it would be better to be as specific as possible when asking for specific items such as files in a specific format. If you feel after 3-4 emails it isn't working call the client and speak to them to tell them exactly what you need. Try not to blame clients of a delay when it was out of their control. Try assume to know how much their move and or expenditures are.
