I was often frustrated in dealing with Becky because I would have to send the same documents to her numerous times. I was faced with two family catastrophes during the period of trying to close on the refinance and I felt overly-stressed by Becky and her team's responsiveness. I would have loved to have had a call to go over everything prior to closing. I wasn't even notified about the closing date, time and place until I asked.

When working with a loan Agent it should only be that one,unless something comes up when you have to use another. Because if not you keep on repeating things over and over and that gets frustrating..

Need to be more proactive, documents were late forth coming, time line was not paid attention too. Very stressful transaction. Things should have been done and completed way prior to commitment date. Everything was done last minute.

As a current customer of new american funding I expected more . I orginally asked for an additional $20,000 cash out after pay offs and when documents sent before signing I seen the number was lower and asked if I would be getting the whole $20,000. I ended up with $17000 and some change and I had the equity in my home. With the pay offs and cash out my new payment should have been just a little over $1000 and now my payment is $1046. Michelle did contact me quickly when the 1st loan officer became unavalible.

There was a moment where I was unable to contact Mike or their assistant but had an urgent issue because they had sent over an a document that was non-compliant for what was needed by the state. My experience can be better by both having/sending the correct documents in the first place and having a better line of communication. Also, checking if everything is okay prior to going on trips or losing contact, especially if there are client deadlines during the trip.
