My experience would have been better if the team had been more attentive to me during this process. Everyone’s response time was great, however I feel the team dropped the ball. Becky did not even know who I was when I’d call her on the phone. The team alerted me of a major issue just two days prior to closing, which was an issue they should have been aware of weeks prior. This caused me to scramble so that I could close in time. Had it not been for family I would not have made it to closing

Better communication and being more forthcoming about information related to our loan and the overall process would have made the experience better. I felt like I was bothering her and being rushed off of the phone whenever I had a question. If detailed information had been provided up front I wouldn't have had so many questions.
