Zo was great. But, Our assigned processor who was in charge of managing our paperwork and submittals to the underwriter really struggled with her duties. On multiple occasions she told us our paperwork was all in order and had been submitted only to hear later that day or the next few days that she had messed something up. It took us almost 4 months to close on a refi with no complications on our end.

Carlos was very responsive , but the communication between the other members of the team was lack luster- it seems that they were not communicating and the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing-

Communication!! There was no communication that was not initiated by me throughout the loan process. I had to inquire weekly as to the status of my clients loan and while I always did receive a timely answer, I would have appreciated that information being provided as opposed to me always having to seek it out. I still have not actually spoken with Craig at anytime during the process, I have never worked with him previously , and we closed on the loan on Thursday!.
