I am very pleased with the overall experience. Moni did a great job helping to get exactly what I wanted out of my loan. There is only one suggestion that I have. That is for a little more communication. The loan process takes a long time and I understand that but it would have been nice for him or anyone to reach out by phone or email to tell me that things were moving and where the loan was in in the process. I emailed him once a week for an update. I wish he would have been one contacting me.

Drew did a fine job getting me a great rate and maintaining communication. Although there were a few emails I did not receive responses to. The bigger issue I had was in the processing/underwriting side. The entire process took over 4 months to complete. I did not delay in sending any of the requested documents/information.
