More and prompt communication would have made the experience better. I had to call severally to get through and many a time my calls were not returned, even after leaving messages. When we spoke, Alex was very helpful and patient with explaining everything. My loan processor didn't communicate much and I had to call severally to get updates. I do not remember directly speaking with him. Karen Lemaire was super helpful in bridging the gap. Very responsive. I would rate her at 10 stars

May or may not be Cardinal’s fault but it seems we had too many “more to-dos” than necessary. It is very frustrating, especially to my wife to have to find new jobs almost daily, and sometimes they were repetitious.

A lot of promises were made that were not delivered without a lot of cajoling from our end. We were treated as an inconvenience after he got what he wanted from us. We originally went with this company because the initial contact was positive, personal and interactive by comparison to the other 2-3 companies with whom we spoke. Unfortunately, that was not a constant throughout the process. Lesson learned.
