Lots of communication but lots of incorrect communication. It’s true this was a rush close but why should I be correcting the cd 3 times for wrong amount. Appraisal had lots of mistakes on it. I am paying for services and although they were done I don’t believe they were done properly. 6 people from Draper/Kramer contacted me, that’s to many. Some were asking for information I had already sent to others.I used you last year this time I’m disappointed. $1279 for closing and $350 for appraisal.

There wasn't a lot of communication coming from anyone. They kept asking for documents over and over again. We would send them and 2 days later they would want them again. That has all of our personal information on these documents. I understand that this is a trying time with the virus and great rates so i know that you are extremely busy but losing documents over and over. We were the ones looking for updates. It was a just was an ok experience.
