John is bright and excellent at what he does. I felt like the communication with his support staff could be better. Numerous, repetitive emails and felt like I had to chase getting my loan closed/ extended several times and had to repeatedly supply the same documentation. Lost in the mail, expired, etc,etc.

I think there was a Big lack of communication w/in your company. I understand you were busy w/ alot of closings because the rates were low but... Refinancing should have been a quick and easy transaction, Not a drawn out process. My first person contact--did HER job very well and w/ a pleasant manner-THRU-OUT THE PROCESS---not skirting around any answers to All of my questions.

I’m thinking most of the bad experience was at no fault of the lender and mostly due to the bank, holiday and covid. Bob and his team succeeded in getting us our loan and I very much appreciated the constant contact with succinct instruction videos As a self employed individual with inconsistent income due to covid, I’m sure it took way more work than usual and I appreciate that it got done. However, it seemed like the majority of the work had to be done last minute and it was quite stressful

Better communication up front of what will be needed,if a document isn't received properly or legible don't wait days to convey that.First time buyer's especially are stressed enough be more helpful.I also didn't like the fact that several people were notifying me throughout the process I can understand an assistant but too many people involved caused chaos for me.Helpful when I came to office and needed something done.
