Everything was great. Lost of co-operation but communication to be improved. Also the integration between the attorneys and the bank personnel have to improve. I went with these attorneys as it was recommended by the bank. For first time home buyers more induction to the process is very much needed, as we have no clue on many things. In general I am very inquisitive so ended up asking way too many questions, otherwise it would have been extremely difficult with this level of communication

I think communication, regular email follow-ups with the customer eases the anxiety of first home buyers as in my case. There was very less communication with the mortgage lender once i locked the interest rate. Every-time I had to be proactive to make sure things are in place before any deadlines as a first time home buyer. I guess the overall customer experience in can be vastly improved in this regards.

Clear and timely communication. Be proactive instead of being reactive. We felt that Draper & Kramer team didn't value our time. We were pushed into a corner and very given no time to think through things properly. Overall bad experience.

Rate offered was good but expect better communication from lender and his/her team. No clear guidance on the steps required to refinance. Had to reach out multiple times to make sure things are moving along.

The way the whole payoff happens, I end up paying 5 days interest to both my old and new loans which could have been avoided. It was not a good overall experience, no customer focus.
