Jane was handed a tricky loan to get approved after another lender took way too long to get it over to her. She was able to get creative, get the loan approved, close on time, all in a very tight time frame!

Scott Chapman was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful through out the entire purchase of two investment properties. It's unfortunate that the underwri was not. For example: There was a three way call done with someone to prove that a car that I purchased was paid in full an no longer on my credit union account. The credit union told them the car was paid off and that Subaru had made the payment giving them the account numbers. The underwriter insisted on me sending them proof.

I provided some detailed feedback to Patrick already. While his interactions were great, I felt that some of the other team members were not as helpful, transparent, or as competent. During the process I identified numerous errors in documentation, and when I asked questions, I occasionally received incomplete or confusing responses. Having gone through the mortgage process (original and refinance) at least 6 times in my life, I would rank this time as middle of the road, at best.
