Overall, very positive experience working Jonathan Mezzadri. I was a very indecisive buyer that looked at several properties and Jonathan stuck with me every step of the way providing insight, recommendations, and guidance when it came to identifying best funding options for us. I was a little skeptical at first dealing with a lender not affiliated with my home bank, but the service that he and his staff provided absolutely won me over and I would gladly recommend and endorse his service to anyone.

Nothing major, but email communication sometimes confusing or incomplete. It was difficult at times to understand who did what. The emails later in the process from others were sometimes incomplete or duplicative. In the end we got it done.

Everything went fairly smoothly, there was a little confusion on closing dates and little time for notarizing documents, but I may have contributed to some of the confusion too. This is my 5th loan with this company!

John and company were great with everything except some communication issues. I.e. emails with time-sensitive signatures needed. With being involved with prepping to move, it is not easy to constantly monitor my email. If something is needing to be signed within hours, or closing may fall through, a call would be warranted. Also, sometimes calls or texts were not returned within the same day. With regards to everything else, I would say they did an amazing job. A+ on dealing with me
