My real estate agent struggled to get information, and the sellers' were also anxious about the lack of communication. It was very stressful for the last 2 weeks, since there was little communication, and we were still doing underwriting. I think some of the documents asked of me could have been requested earlier, instead of in small groups several days apart. Other than that, improved communication would help a lot.
