We had not been through the refinancing situation prior - there was a lot of unknown on our end because of it. The communication process was not clear. We were working with Joseph then suddenly we were working with another person. Weeks would go by without any communication or update. Then suddenly we got the exact same email several times in 3 days. The same information was being requested of us constantly when there were no changes. A lot could be because we had never gone through this before.

Our experience with David was acceptable, but our experience with the closing department was very unpleasant. David helped where he could, especially avoiding our rate lock expiration. This meant a lot to me. The loan processing/closing department needs some serious help.

The first issue was that I sent over the majority of the forms that were requested, which all contained personal information, and they were lost somewhere in the transfer. Steve did however fix that issue and pushed things through for us. Then when the appraiser came, she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about her job and had to come back again because she didn’t do anything with our other building on the property. Otherwise, things went fairly smooth and the notary was great.
