We are responding to the entire team, not just Kris. There was a serious lack of communication & coordination amongst the different parties. We were asked repeatedly to provide information which we had already submitted. Their Requests for Information were not worded clearly, specific parameters were not given, and were always needed "yesterday". I was told we needed no money for closing; 3 hours before closing that changed to >$3,200! When I questioned this, Kris personally insulted me!

It took four iterations to get close to the closing costs for this loan. Unacceptable. Rae explained the software model was not suited for my loan type, but wanted me to sign anyway. In our legal society, it is foolhardy sign a binding document that doesn't represent the correct product. I didn't find out about the actual scheduled closing date until the day before. Unacceptable.

Closing was not completed the day we signed the documents the closing person missed one document to be signed so we’re late and still waiting on our monies and pay off to our accounts

I felt like I was not being advised what was needed and when I asked questions, the answers were abrupt and almost to the point of rude. I tried several times to talk during conversations and was cut off and treated in a demeaning manner. I think Rob Scolnick forgets who the customer is and being pushy and talking over a person is inappropriate. We are all very busy and a little professional courtesy goes a long way.

I would’ve liked the process explained to me better. The numbers seemed to change often and were not explained to me. I had to ask for it to be explained each time.

Processes were often delayed (mostly by the title company) but things were also made more difficult by a long communication chain from the mortgage broker to the title company. Additionally, I was getting documents to e-sign when I was already in my closing appointment, which itself took 3 hours to complete.

This process took a lot longer than expected. There were more and more documents needed to proceed and I wasn't able to get my final closing amount due until late the night before my closing, which wasn't ideal. But still satisfactory work and got the job done.

Communication could have been better. Felt like i needed to follow up on questions. There was confusion around final closing with a total of 3 sessions scheduled. You did call to clear that up eventually but it was a bit odd. The percentage of the rate was different than initially stated. Advice with questions would take days to reply and twice needed an additional follow up. The experience was OK but nothing memorable.
