Honestly, Cindy. The loan process as a whole was actually fairly easy and we are grateful for that, given how stressful our financial situation was at the time. Mike was great at the beginning of the process, but he did become less responsive once Cindy entered the picture. As i have stated before, she was phenomenal and we could not have asked for better treatment than we received from her.

Better communication and more guidance on the requirements of paperwork. An initial game plan that is not strictly web based that explains the process and adjustments that might be necessary including to not turn in files that are not PDF would help. It is a stressful experience and the client should be walked through the process.
