I think the direct communication could have been much better. We worked with Eric primarily and we have worked with him a few years ago when he was with another agency, and knew his communication was not the best, but he does get things taken care of, which we appreciate. I am not leaving a poor review, our experience was acceptable. I would refer friends and family with the disclaimer that communication could be better and patience is key.

There seemed to be a disconnect between the mortgage lender and the title company and additional addendums and signatures/ initials were needed in the eleventh hour.

I believe it was the processor, Ashley. The process was a lot longer than anticipated. I was working with another company as well and they had me approved and ready to go within 10 days. Amerisave beat them on the interest rate which is why I chose Amerisave. However, I would have preferred to go with The other company because the service was 5x better.

The process was a bit overwhelming but everything was explained to us in great detail. Guillermo was always professional even when I appeared to be very frustrated. It was a good positive learning experience.
