I found communicating amd getting answers from the processor was extremely difficult. Loan officer was better, but processor couldn't answer my questions. Case in point I wanted the escrow balance from old.loan to go.towards closing on my new loan. Both loans with New American. Couldnt get it done

He always keep everything on top of it, and response is right away. But, I have a concern not to Andrew but for your underwriter department. He/She need to have more knowledge of property tax and should let the customer feel more trustworthy when they provided the official documents, and not just follow the book. Had to be some flexibility for appraised the house. We won't have to go thuorgh manytimes of extensions. Otherwise, your workers are worked very hard and presisely. Thank you.
