Personally I loved Justin. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about any questions I had. However, I felt Kim could do a little better. She was always kind, but i felt she had something she could do better. There were a couple times she asked me to reach out to people because she said she couldn’t get ahold of them & I got ahold of them very quickly.
