The communication was quick which was helpful however about half way through the process I was starting to feel like I was bothering the loan officer. Her tone changed and I began to feel like I was being talked down to, condescending, and as if I am incompetent. It turned me from having any phone conversations there after. I asked close to closing if we could use a credit card yet to purchase a washer and dryer and her response was, “You could go pay for the washer and dryer with money you have in savings.”. If we had funds in a savings, we would have obviously used that instead of having to use credit. I don’t think I would recommend her to a new first time buyer who has lots of questions and may need to talk through things that might come up throughout the process. I appreciate her getting everything done at the end of the day.

Would like to see a little more responseiveness early in the process. No elaboratioin needed, just a return call to confirm the current status ("I will get back to you") would suffice..

At the beginning everything was smooth gathering information keeping me updated . however after accepting rates and going through the closing process was terrible. not keeping me updated, changing details, delays, etc.

either I read or was told this loan process would only take a matter of days It took quite a nit longer than that I had a hard time even getting into the site toward the end i called and spoke with people who kept sending me onto someone else, after what they tried didn't work I was very frustrated
