Some of my emails were never responded to and yet I returned requested forms and other necessary items immediately and was often asked to provide the same information again. Diana C. was very disorganized and frustrating to work with. The notary who came to sign loan papers said the appointment would take 15 minutes. He was here for 2 hours because he didnt have the papers organized before he came. I would have rescheduled had I known it was going to take that long after I had worked all day

Yes I feel like I should have gotten a better interest rate. After I had to have a second person to sign on with excellent credit I should have received the better rate less money down.

Not Kip's fault. At closing, we waited 30 - 45 minutes for the funds to be released. It was a stomach churning experience.
