Jacar was wonderful at first - very personable. After that, he frequently did not respond to my messages and was difficult to communicate with. I felt like he dumped me off on Margie and disappeared. I founded Margie's emails to be terse and lacking any human warmth or empathy. I tried to express my concerns and needs many times and rarely got more than a sentence in response. Often my direct questionbs did not get specific answers, and I had to ask again. This process was one of the most draining and stressful experiences that I have had recently, and it dragged on for months. I do appreciate that the team was able to get things done, but the entire process should never have been so stressful. I realize that things happen, but Margie acted like it was must a matter of fact and no big deal when to me it felt like my world was falling apart every time we got a delay. The team probably has no idea about how these delays impacted us - it was not good, and there have been long-term issues that we are still facing as a result. It just bothered me that it seems like nobody really cared or tried to help. I will say, though, that you were better by far than the first mortgage company that I tried dealing with, and I do appreciate that. I would recommend that you make a concerted effotrt to see your customers as realy human beings and not as numbers on a spreadsheet. Your decisions can have huge impact on the lives of many. Thank you.

It was good until the underwriting dept made an error in the paperwork.and at that point communications became nonexistent.

It was a lengthy process, took longer than expected. There was a lot of miscommunication along the way. Loan estimates were incorrect. Communication over email lacked.
