Heather was very helpful and always would respond if she couldn’t take your call. If she could have completed the whole process rather than having to pass it on to another it probably would’ve went a lot smoother toward the end of the funding process. Everything Heather did was great. I can’t say that for the others.

Jacob is very professional and helpful. He makes things very easy to understand. He was also very through and quick to close. I closed on my home in 33 days and with today’s market, this is very fast. Thankful for his hard work and expertise. Even when he wasn’t available to talk, I could send him a text and he would get it done as soon as possible. The only thing I would say he can improve is responding to text or calls but overall he made my first home buying experience easy and quick.
