This survey has questions asking aboutmy experience with Matt. However we worked with Maria. We feel as we were often not a priority during communications. Maria did not know our closing date, estimated differet prices for the recalc process before putting in offer and at closing. Email communications were often presented in texting or instant message formatting. This was a large purchase for our family and we did not feel as our individual needs were fully understood and were just moving through the process as any person.

I think it was a number of things but I think communication could have been better. I didn't feel like I knew what was going on in the process. I didn't know my mortgage totals until the closing. not sure if I was supose to look up that information or not before hand. I was told the estimate a week before. I think if this information would have been in writing would have helped me understand and know. Mainly because the website was not as user friendly as it could be. I had to switch browsers to access the website.

Everything was fine with the process but I was under the assumption I was able to be approved for a conventional loan. Having to switch to an FHA was frustrating and ultimately is costing me more money. Regardless, I'm happy with my purchase and once that issue was resolved everything went smoothly, especially with closing.

Everything was very smooth in the beginnin. It was the closing process that went really bad. the lack of instructions with the down payment process caused a delay with funding and was an inconvenience to both parties.

I wish we had received the home guide at the beginning of the process rather than the end. Being first time homeowners, that information would have been very helpful.

I feel like at first, there was a lot of communication when we first decided to refinance our home. Once we committed to the refinance, the communication was lacking and questions took a long time to be answered. I understand everything isn't instantaneous, but during something as big as a refinance, especially being new to the process, it was very overwhelming, and we needed a little bit of hand holding. We also didn't hear from him at all after the processing department took over.
