Great overall experience, Only thing Reps need to work on is communication during steps and transactions and keeping customers in the loop at any/all changes in regards to loan etc. I will say I enjoyed who I talked with .

During my process- you terminated the loan processor and for over a week I could not get anyone to advise me what was happening- Sammy did finally jump in and get a new person involved but I feel that I lost over a week in time for closing and I really felt I was just a number in the loop and not important at all

Eric was a great loan officer to work with. It was the processing team that disappointed me. I've been around the banking world my entire life. Very basic questions around credit reports and simple math kept coming up, things that a well trained processor should not have any trouble with. I had to stay on top of them to ensure the final outcome.

Over all ok a couple of things could have helped, firstly an anticipation of time zone difference to facilitate information exchange and being available, secondly a more thorough approach and understanding of the types of documents required to avoid constant back and forth between client and underwriters (granted every loan is unique) but being thorough helps!

This was a long distance transaction, so that needs to be taken under consideration. With that said...there were too many team member contacts and requests from all of them, many time consuming trips to dig out paperwork - when a couple of trips would have taken care of everything, slight cross communication issues, but they are good people and made a solid effort to overcome any challenges.

My particular situation left us with phases of doubt in our purchase. Uncertainty is critical in one of the largest purchases one can make and a lack of reasonable communication it critical. Company is quick to "lock-you" in on a rate, but once that happens emails and calls get returned days later. Very professional at times. Contracted to close in 30 days. Closed close to 60 days. Secondary home.

There was a lag in time when I either called or e-mailed for information, I understand it's the holidays and people are off but to the end user even the small questions are important.
