I like that they send your info to the underwriters before you get to far involved, so you know where you stand before you get two to three weeks in and find you don't qualify. after qualifying things do move smoothly and timely, they did what ever it took to accommodate me and my work schedule to close the loan. Im very satisfied with my experience because of their experience.

The process came across as very ad-hoc and not organized. Serafina was a great person, brought a lot of energy, but at the end of the day, more organization would have helped a lot. Lots of one-off emails. If I would have known everything needed from the onset, would have been able to tackle much more quickly.
