Honestly not James specifically made this an okay experience. It would be his team members that were frustrating in communication. My name was wrong by two different team members (I have a common name). An email was misread by a team member and she asked if I was unemployed, which I found a bit rude. If she read the email she would see there was no question in my employment. Things were repeated. Documents were forgotten to be given to the notary so we had to meet twice. Minor frustrations.

I would say your team is very responsive and quick to answer questions. the process is transparent and easy to understand. This is my second time going through the refinance process and this time around it was super clear each step of the time.

James was great, however, the support staff was not good, did not listen to my concerns, documents were incorrect and needed to be redone several times. They expected me to be available at a moment call to sign documents when I had told them the dates that I was not available. This experience was not as good as the previous experience.
