It was often difficult to figure out what was going on as deadlines neared. The whole process felt very opaque and so that added to the stress of the general process. Brandon himself was very pleasant to work with, but he was unfortunately the main face of a process that was already stressful and wasn't able to fully alleviate the flaws in the system.

I only spoke with Robert one time, and communicated mostly with Leslie Lin, so is the survey actually for him or for the team? There were too many questions asked and too many pieces of paper needed to complete this mortgage which I have never experienced ever....

Took 2 months to close. Everything took longer despite of me providing docs quickly. Charged too many points and origination fee that was not on the initial estimate. No overall follow ups on different stages.
