This was my first home purchase and i know things come up unexpectedly sometimes during the process, but a little more communication then the norm wouldve been great. My loan officer did a great job, but his team needs to do a little better of a job working together. I am greatful for NAF for giving me an opportunity to be a homeowner.

We appreciated all that was done to help us get the house we wanted but the closing dates constantly changed and it was hard to get questions we needed answered. I expected the house buying process to be stressful but at times it became highly depleting. Not the worst experience but not the best either.
