Steve was very helpful, however, the employees under Steve did quite the opposite. They messed up quite a bit and delayed the process. I would suggest starting there to improve.

Unfortunately the hiccup at the end is what is memorable. We had very little contact with Matt. We were told to give a quote for homeowners, our quote was less than the new policy. Then we were told the loan was going to be cancelled. We feel having only one person as a point of contact would have been a tremendous help. E-mail is great but a telephone call can clear up misunderstandings so much quicker.

I would have liked him to go over the exact amount I was getting back from my refi and exactly what the funds were going to. I was NOT aware until I signed the closing documents that my funds were only going to 2of my credit cards when I had spoken to Tom about paying both my husband and my credit cards. I would have liked clearer communication, and exact dollar amounts, and what was going to happen when the loan closed. I did not know I was being sent 3 separate checks. A little frustrating.
