At the beginning, everyone seemed friendly to work with. But then when things started to get intense or challenging where we had faced some pretty difficult moments; we noticed a change in the tone of voice and an unfriendly attitude towards us at times. This had made the process of our first time home buyers a not so pleasant experience. But what we did like was if we had any questions that came up after hours, we were able to contact in the evening time and someone was available.

Agent seemed confused and disorganized by asking for items already submitted. I was not informed of the fact that I would have two men working on my documentation. Documents sent to me for signature contained errors were also incorrect. For example, on one doc sent for my sig the loan amount was double as were the closing costs. It seemed like I was dealing with novices doing the first loan. The reason I did not totally give 1's is that both men were polite and seemed to be trying very hard

Communication with Justin was very difficult. Failed to return calls or respond to emails. The one response was questioning a document being provided and he wanted it sent and it was already received and acknowledged by the processor working my loan. The Senior Processor was fantastic! Very responsive and spot on with his processing of my loan. He made the whole process very comfortable and efficient.
