There seems to be gap with underwriter and Loan officer on requirements. Loan officer should be fully aware of documentation require for loan. That would have avoided lots of back and forth. I had to escalate to manager due to lack of response from loan officer. Communication definitely needs improvement.

"Experience" was as expected. Stop rating on 5 stars being par. These surveys (and 3 emails to tell me to fill it out) should not have the highest rating as "you did your job." Agents involved from your company did well, title search company was slow.

It was not communicated my rate lock was expiring and that it would cost additional money to extend it. I was told the title company would handle the payoff of my Carmax loan and that wasn’t the case. They sent me the check payable to CAF for me to handle without a payoff letter which they should have gotten. I was asked to sign the same IRS document 3 times because of mistakes. The loan took way too long to go to closing.
