The people with whom I worked to refinance my home were courteous and helpful. At the very end of the process, they needed extra information that had been supplied previously. That was the only part of the process that I found unsatisfactory.

Alejandro was very helpful in the entire process. The only issue we had was after the closing papers were signed there was not good communication on how long the funding process would, should take. There was a small issue with the closing documents that caused some concern on my part as to if anything additional would be needed so I was worried that the paperwork was not progressing as it should and was unsure of the situation. Once I heard from Alejandro the situation was resolved.
