Ray was knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The status emails that provide the visual of where we were in the process were great and would have liked to receive them more often. The consistency and response time of communication decreased once the loan was passed from Ray to his assistant. This, plus her request for documents that we had already uploaded when we applied are the reasons for the 4 star rating.

He saw areas where it was not necessary for us to do or pay for a service and he did not include these. We appreciate this money that he saved us. He was also attentive and friendly and knowledgeable .
