Great experience overall. I felt there could have been a little more phone communication when an email was not answered. Overall everything was accomplished and my home was refinanced. I would talk with Miguel Ojinaga again and refinance with his help again if i had it to do over.

I felt too many representatives involved and not all on the same page. Instead of asking for all documents at once,, I kept getting emails from different people asking for docs. My loan changed from a joint account with my wife to only my name even though I did not want that. I repeatedly said I did not want to pay a single penny to Refinance and yet I still paid extra at the end. I asked for the Notary to wear a facial mask due to Covid-19 Guidelines, but, she refused.
