Timely communication, I had to wait weeks to get the loan going then when something was needed by your team there was an immediacy that couldn't always be met. The redundancy in the paperwork. First seeing if I qualified then most of the same when I applied. Our mutual friend got a better deal.... from his local mortgage broker for being an educator....

A miscommunication on the front side of loan caused some confusion, had that not happened, would have been much smoother. I will say that everyone on the team that assisted me were very pleasant to talk to and work with. In the end, my loan turned out just how they explained it would.

I had received legal documents with many errors. Whenever I asked for the information to be corrected I was told I needed to sign and they would be taken care of in the future. This made me VERY nervous and uncomfortable. It seemed to all work out okay (I hope). But that type of answer made me very distrusting. I don't want to sign things that aren't accurate. She would say she was handling it but then I had to ask over four times because errors were not fixed right repeatedly. Not impressed.

Everything was great regarding the process until we ran into an issue regarding the final closing amount days before closing. Being advised of one amount and having it increase by almost $1500a few days before closing left a little of a bad taste in our mouths. We were more than happy until that unfortunate incident.
