During the loan process, we were reassigned multiple loan officers, and almost always because the previous person had left the company. That felt very scary. The process was frequently started over again, new documents needed, new details needed, and some difficulty with the online portal. We were finally taken care of by Tina Toulouse. She did her best to take care of everything and stayed with us through the rest of the process.
