My problem was not with Adrian as much as it was the support team. The people who asked for and supposed to track documents I received. One person sent emails to a worldwide email list asking for my VOE and attached the authorization I had provided that had personal information. The senior processor with whom I worked seemed to drop the ball a couple of times and I would receive frantic emails from her regarding information I had already provided or that turned out not to be relevant.
