Scott was good at answering his phone. Was advise mutiple time that after the loan processor gets involed, most of the work is out of his hands. My main problem was when Bre McNair recieved several emails from me with some explaining the closing date. Then not closing on time because new america miss read the closing and binding agreements wrong. Questions should arose when what I was emailing them what the closing date was and what they seen on paper. Was told no news would be good news. Not tr
